The first model which can create a volume on Synology M.2 SSD to enjoy faster performance than traditional SATA HDD and SSD. M.2 volume creation can ONLY be supported on Synology M.2 SSD, 3rd party SSD will not
support this feature. This will be a feature exclusive on Synology M.2 SSD. Synology M.2 SSD has been through
extensive QA thermal testing and engineering team's tuning (i.e., fan speed control and
SSD throttling mechanism) to ensure the M.2 SSD thermal condition has been well managed under consecutive sequential read/write operation, which can't be managed on 3rd party SSDs.
