Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement is a public offer of the Seller to conclude a purchase and sale agreement for goods on the website euro-parts.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

1.2. Seller: LLC "EUROPARTS UKRAINE", EDRPOU - 35362108, address: 21 V. Khvoiky St., Kyiv, 04080.

1.3. Buyer: any legally capable natural person or legal entity placing an order on the Website.

1.4. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and fully agree to the terms of this Offer.

Note: This document is a translation of the Ukrainian "Public Offer". In case of discrepancies, the Ukrainian text shall prevail.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. The ownership of the Goods passes to the Buyer at the moment of delivery by the courier service or during pickup.

3. Order Processing and Price

3.1. Orders are accepted via the Website or by phone: +380 44 581 56 97, +380 44 290 41 34.

3.2. Prices on the Website are indicated in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH).

3.3. If the actual price differs from that stated on the website, the Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer to confirm or cancel the order.

4. Payment and Delivery

4.1. Payment can be made by:

  • Bank transfer (for legal entities with VAT/without VAT);
  • Online payment on the website (Visa/Mastercard);
  • Cash on delivery upon receipt (Nova Poshta).

4.2. Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, or by pickup from the office: 21 V. Khvoiky St., Kyiv.

5. Returns and Warranty

5.1. For Consumers (Individuals): The Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 days, provided the goods have not been used and their marketable condition is preserved.

5.2. For Business (B2B/Service Centers): Return of goods of proper quality by legal entities is possible only upon agreement with the Seller.

5.3. The warranty period is specified in the warranty card or product description.

5.4. Shipping costs for returning goods of proper quality are borne by the Buyer.

6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. The Seller is not responsible for minor differences in the color scheme of the goods depending on the Buyer's monitor settings.

6.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if not — in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
