Product Returns
According to the "Consumer Protection Law", the buyer has the right to return goods in the following cases:
Returns of goods of proper quality
The consumer may return or exchange goods that did not suit them within 14 days of purchase: according to Article 9 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", goods of proper quality (without defects) may be exchanged or returned to the store if the following requirements are met:
- no more than 14 days have passed since the date of the return request, not counting the day of purchase;
- the goods do not belong to the List of goods of proper quality not subject to exchange (return), approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
- the goods were not used, their marketable condition, packaging, consumer properties, seals, labels are preserved, there are no mechanical damages, the goods are in working condition;
- all documents for the goods are present (instructions, warranty card, receipt or sales receipt confirming the purchase), all labels, factory marking and packaging are preserved.
When returning a quality product, the buyer has the right to exchange it for an analogous one. If the seller does not have an analogous product, the buyer may purchase another product from the available assortment with price recalculation or terminate the purchase and sale agreement and get a refund (within seven working days).
Returns of goods of improper quality
According to Article 8 of the Law, if the consumer discovers defects within the warranty period that arose due to the manufacturer's fault, they have the right to replace the goods or get a refund subject to the following requirements:
- the goods were purchased at LLC "Europarts Ukraine";
- the warranty period for the goods has not expired;
- the buyer provides the payment document issued at the time of purchase and the warranty card;
- the buyer presents the conclusion of the Authorized Service Center about the existence of a significant defect or a conclusion about exceeding the repair period.
The replacement of goods is carried out immediately if available, and if not available — within two months from the date of application. If it is impossible to satisfy the requirement within the established period, the consumer has the right to demand replacement of the defective goods with other goods of another brand (model) of proper quality with appropriate price recalculation, or a refund. The consumer's requirement for a refund is fulfilled within seven days.
